PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Dr. Chen is a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in both Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from St. George's University and completed his Psychiatry Residency, including service as Chief Resident, at UCLA-Kern Medical Center. He subsequently completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship through Kaiser Permanente Southern California.
Dr. Chen has extensive experience providing psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults in community mental health settings throughout Southern California. He is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
