Paul Kratofil, D.O., Q.M.E.

Dr. Paul Kratofil is a board-certified psychiatrist and Qualified Medical Evaluator with nearly three decades of clinical and forensic experience. He completed his psychiatric residency at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, with a focus in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry.

Throughout his career, Dr. Kratofil has authored hundreds of forensic reports and provided expert testimony in California Superior Courts on both civil and criminal commitments. In addition to his clinical and forensic practice, he serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, where he trains and mentors future physicians.
